Here's a pic of the insides of a Quantum Fighter Pad. It has separate boards for the abc-xyz buttons, the d-pad, the start and program buttons, the analog stick and the triggers. This makes it really easy to spread the buttons out since all I have to do is add more wire.

i don't think it would be very smart to use it on sensitive electronics equipment. it would probably short something out since it heats with electric current going through the tip (i believe)

I was looking at palmpsone.com and saw that his case was manufactured by a rapid prototyping company using a 3D printer. I run after shoplifters sometimes. It's really funny to see their faces when they see someone actually chasing them down the street. One day I chased after this guy. I had no idea I could run that fast. My legs hurt the whole next day :-(
