To use the Sega 32X, you can't use two coupled AV cables. As ssnik992 said, the Genesis RGB video output is mixed/combined with the Sega 32X Video and then output from the 32X. Now that's not to say nothing will happen...
Basically if you do this you might get just the 32X output, maybe... But that ...
