You mean reading roms on your PC?
Well, you could use some homebrew for the DS to rip the GBA-Roms from the Slot 2 if you have a DS and a flash card..

Hmm, you could implement a save-state storing system into the actual NES hardware. Wouldn't be too hard, when you get down to it. There's only 2KB of RAM (not including video) for the game to use, so you could use a 24c16 EEPROM to save/load the state at any time. That could be a fun project...hrm ...

I have a little tip for all of you:

If you have a Genesis/MegaDrive flying around somewhere and only a RF-Unit for the Video output, you can make yourself a Video- and Audio-output with Chinch-Plugs.

1)Get yourself three Chinch-plugs(old Chinch-cables of other consoles, DVD-Players, etc.) in red ...

My brother had forgotten his USB Pendrive in his trousers and it got washed. Well, after some days of drying it worked without frying the Pendirve itself and the PC´s MoBo. :wink:
