I knew it my leds aren't Burned out....

just tested them with a 9volt
all the serie together........
worked MORE than fine.......

so something is wrong......

Im 100% sure i connected the Good wire to the good place....

Maybe the RIGHT pin isn't the 5+ maybe it's the left one??....

Hum your led are probably screwed. You sended 12Volt AC into them instead of the 5V DC of the regulator. Pretty sure you'll need some new led
