hey where did you get the transparent blue case for you gameboy color?
I have a transparent clear case but the blue one looks EPIC :D

No progress yet, the GBA SP battery i ended up getting was dead, and didn't work. I'm planning to buy i AA-sized 3.7v battery. I did however get my charging circuit

Well you dont really need a step down, you can use a resistor

mine takes 4. any way you need to step the voltage down or you could fry the board. i left mine alone because my max voltage is 6.5 and minimum is 3.5 . your max is 3.5 and minimum is 2.5.
