is it possible to run a Gameboy pocket of 2 3,7V (mobile phone) battery's in parallel?

probably a noac, will do the trick.

I think it's possible but I can't do it.

i want to make it 30 cm wide, 30 cm long and 50 cm high.

but what kind of stick should i use? i though of this one.
