I bought the #2 one. When the LCD takes 4.5V and 6V, it's seem unstable and the screen will flash. Any good suggestion to let the screen take 4.5V under stable?

Wow, that's REALLY weird. I'm going to open up my FC Twin and see how I soldered the lockout chip on its Super NES board, as the solder spot is identical minus a spot to solder the 2.2uF capacitor.
