Thanks for the replies!

I'll probably use a low dropout regulator.

Li-ion battery pack voltage

I'm looking at a way to power my NOAC portable. I want it to be small and relativly light, so I figured Lithium-Ion batteries would be the way to go. I'm using a Yobo NOAC and a Hip Gear 2.6" screen. The battery pack I was considering is this one.
However, as the Yobo requires 5 volts and that ...

I dropped my watch on the bathroom floor once, and the back opened and all the parts flew everywhere.

I put all the parts back together, no visible permanent damage, still works!

I love five dollar RadioShack watches from six years ago. :D

http://www.gamemusicthemes.com

That site has lots of VG music, and sheet music for piano for all of them!

My favorites:
Farewell Hyrule King - Zelda: TWW
Lost Woods - Zelda: OOT
Overworld theme- Super Mario Bros.
Dreamland - Smash bros.

oh yeah, the A series takes 2 'AA' batteries. ;)

My Canon PowerShot A70 takes 4 AA batteries. :P

I would recomend any Canon PowerShot, as they are easy to use and have lots of advanced manual settings (At least the A70 and A75 do). The quality of the pictures is great as well, and this camera ...

I wouldn't say that I'm obsessed, but then again I did play Dual Strike less than an hour ago. :P
I mainly just like how much is packed into that game, with campain, war room, multiplayer and all that extra map-designing stuff, and other stuff that I haven't looked at yet.

Oh wait, maybe I am ...

Sony can't make a product better than a $5 watch.

I've had my $5 watch from radioshack for about 5 years and it hasn't failed me yet!

And I've had a $200 PS2 for a while then it broke and I bought a $130 PS2 last week and it hasn't failed me yet!

And BTW, you probably could solder the battery ...

I'm wondering how much Gamestop would give me for a DS hevvy and Mario 64 DS. If they'll give me say $100 for both (which I doubt), I'll do that then get a lite at Target or somewhere.

I still think it's weird how those stores are releasing it early. I remember that happening with Pokemon gold and ...

I use all first party ones for everything but PS2. For that I use those cool wireless Logitech ones.

Does anyone else find the Dual Shock controller awkward, yet the Logitech wireless ones really comfortable?

I was browsing some forum and stumbled across a "What will you do with your 'Cube?" thread referring to after Wii (then called Revolution) was released. Someone said that they would portablize it, just like their N64.

I thought that was the coolest thing on the planet. I googled "portable gamecube ...

Chroma/Luma is there for S-video.

Having trouble making a DVD

So, I downloaded the iPod video sized version of Port Washington. (Great movie btw) Anyway, I thought to myself, "Wow, I should show this to my friends, but I don't want to make them crowd around my computer." The solution: make a DVD. Now Ben made a fancy DVD set, but it isn't available for ...

Don't you need the diode and inductor as well?
