I guess there was a cold solder joint or something. I desoldered it, then resoldered it. The rebooting went away, but now when I have the HDD connected it goes to an E68 error. Runs fine without the HDD. I'm checking the pins again...

Alright, so I got past the RRoD. I de soldered the hard drive jack and extented it with ribbon cables. Now when the xbox turns on, it randomly reboots itself while in the dashboard screen. Any ideas?

I'm using an Arcade jasper for a portable project. So far all I've done is open the xbox, unplug everything and desoldered the USB ports from the front of the MB. When the xbox is reconnected I get 3 red lights immediately. I spent some time looking around online but all I can find are RRoD problems ...
