Re: Creating Multi Platorm Systems
I don't have really any experience in this, but I would probably wire in a system selector in there, something like this

Remove battery and charger from wireless PS3 controller?
Has anyone ever removed the battery and charging module from a wireless PS3 controller and used them to make a wireless controller for another system? Just wondering if it has been attempted and how difficult it would be? I don't yet have a PS3 or PS3 controller, but I want to know if buying a ...

Re: How to charge a li-ion battery?/ Cheap battery deal
Oh, well I probably should have said what I wanted this for. Oops. I want to make a wii remote/ classic controller hybrid with built in rechargable battery. The wii remote runs on 2 AAs (or AAAs if I use the smaller Power A brand Wii remote).
So what exactly is a smart charger then?

Ah, ok I will keep looking. It does seem to work pretty well on a DSi, according to the reviews on Best Buy.

How to charge a li-ion battery?/ Cheap battery deal
Just bought this battery at Best Buy:
Rocketfish™ - DSi Power Shell with Rechargeable Backup Battery
(my BB has it for 99 cents). I don't have a DSi, but I bought this thinking it would work for my 3DS, considering they use the same charger. The battery doesn't fit, so I took it apart. Just ...

Re: How to make a rechargable battery pack?
Well, yeah, replaced as much as need be for devices like this with built in batteries. I haven't ever had to replace batteries in any of my devices that had built in recharable batteries so far.
Anyway, thanks for the advise! I will do some more research and see what I can come up with. For the Li ...

How to make a rechargable battery pack?
Apparantly you can't search for "battery" here, so I appologize if this has already been answered. So there's this new third party Interworks controller for Wii that combines the Wii remote and Classic Controller into one. Problem is, that I heard it sucks, so I wanna try to make my own.
Any idea ...

Re: snes controller as classic controller(pic cuz it did happen)
Yeah, maybe. I have one of those adapters. I actually made an adapter to use actual NES controllers (rather than Famiclone with Sega-style plugs) on this thing as well. Anyway, I have a disassembled Classic Controller and Super Famicom controller waiting for the operation, because I want to play ...

Re: snes controller as classic controller(pic cuz it did happen)
I'm trying to fit the actual classic controller pcb into the SNES controller shell. I think it can be done, I just need to get a dremel or something like it to cut up the pcb.

I'm pretty sure I can remove the analog sticks with no problems, but I'm not sure what is safe to grind down.

Possible to fit Wii Classic Controller guts into SNES shell?
I mean it seems like the control pads and abxy buttons are in the same positions on both. Start and Select and L and R would have to be done another way though.
