i now own the screen and did take it apart to have a look at the insides...
is anybody able to help me defining the soldering points in the upper right corner?
what could i do to find out, what they are for?

these displays are all like this, because they are meant for backwards driving cams in the first place(which only give analog signals, i think)

as stated in a thread in the screen-hacking forum, i want to make a laptop out of an old gameboy, but i dont know how to make the hinges to open the top(fixing them will be the next part )
do you know how to? or is it already mentioned in a thread out here?

i've already read about the 3,5" car-lcds you recommend for modding and want to ask if it is/was possible on any of these ...

is this project still alive?
if so, how did you realize the L+R-buttons?

does anyone have an idea of how to do this for a dmg-01?

is he the one, who recently sold his modded dmgs on ebay?

i recently bought a power supply for my gbo and today i wanted to try it... gameboy working fine, but theres a weird noise when turning it on - its only with the power supply, batteries are fine - the power supply is switched to 6 volts, center negative(doesnt work the other way round ...

i'm in the middle of adding a backlight to my gbo and was wondering if its possible to power the gb with a li-ion cell(or more than one...)
i've already seen mods like this for the gbp(with a psp-battery) but none for the gbo.
anyone any ideas?
