I am looking for one too that I can hear everything and chat with at the same time because I usually play when the rest of my family is in bed and I dont want to wake them up. Does anybody know where i can find a headset that will allow me to do this, any help would greatly be appreciated?

It is going to be quite small, with a 3.5 inch screen or maybe even a 4 inch because anything larger wont fit in the case i am building.

i might try and make another controller if i have the time, but it will probably be another nes controller
