I don't know of any online stores, but I got all of mine either at Lowes or Home Depot. The stoppers and the spacers are in the specialty drawers in the screw section in HARDWARE. If you can't find the right size, make an equivilant from a bigger size and cutting them down.

In the NESP by hand prodject, in the book and online, Ben didn't put a power switch on the list. The 33 ohm resistors must be bought in a set of 2000 at mouser and only in a set of 5 at radioshack. No offence, but to me MOST frankensteining looks pretty ugly.

I don't know what you mean by carving. Using a router and a routing board in the right hands looks pretty nifty.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
Make sure your case and you have no static electricity built up when you start putting stuff in it. Styrofoam does cause static electricity. Ground yourself on a metal object before using delicate electronics. You'll short circut before you can say "Oh no, not all of my effort and ...

You guys aren't helping. I've already hacked the PSOne. I need to design a case, not look at yours. What are the steps I go about designing a case using a CAD program. (I have ProDesktop)

I also need help trying to decide how to get the parts made, aka CNC, cast, etc.
